Substitutions

We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection, however if we need to substitute a flower or sundry item because of seasonal changes or unavailability, we will use a flower/sundry of similar value, colour and style. In order to deliver your important gift without delay as a member of the Interflora network we may relay your order to the nearest local florist should your delivery not able to be executed from us directly. 

Delivery

Same day delivery guaranteed, when the order is placed by 11am weekdays (Brisbane time) and by 10:00am Saturdays. There is no delivery service on Sundays. To all business addresses, we will deliver your gift before 5.00pm. Any orders received after these times will be delivered the next working day.

If we are provided a incorrect address, we are able to re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.

Timed Deliveries

Maison Fleur will make every attempt to accommodate your delivery request, but timed deliveries cannot always be guaranteed.

Public Holidays

Maison Fleur is closed on public holidays; your order will be executed the following business day.

Interstate/International Orders

We accept and can organize orders worldwide. In some cases there will be a need to charge additional delivery fees to restricted delivery areas. Maison Fleur will contact you regarding these fees, if applicable.

Orders for Brisbane and surrounding areas will be executed by Maison Fleur.

Pricing

All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.

Valentines Day

Orders must be placed by 13th February (or closest working day) for guaranteed delivery on Valentines Day. No timed deliveries are accepted for Valentines Day. All orders to business addresses will be delivered by 5.00 pm. All orders to home addresses will be delivered by 7pm.

Items with Alcohol

Alcohol delivery is subject to State Liquor Laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing and delivery restrictions apply.

Cancellations & Changes

Refunds can be accepted 48 hours prior to the delivery day. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be in preparation or transit. To make any changes to orders please call 07 3221 3540.

Refund Conditions

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us directly on 07 3221 3540 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers or refund if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the issue.
